Where are your products made?
Naiomi hand makes all of her original, handwoven rugs and purses on the Navajo Nation in Rock Point, AZ . These are authentic, one of a kind creations.
The collection of mill made floor rugs designed by Naiomi are manufactured by American Dakota in Georgia, USA.
Do I need an account to place order?
An account is voluntary, and you may checkout as a guest. However for the best experience we recommend creating an account.
Our website is available to anyone 18 & older to create an account, order, or purchase. If under 18, ask your parents to place order for you.
What are the payment options?
We accept the following types of credit card payments: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, along with PayPal and Apple Pay.
Where do you ship mill made floor rugs to?
We ship to any place with a valid, physical shipping address in the continental United States and Canada for a flat rate. We cannot send our mill made floor rugs to P.O. Boxes.
International shipping is based on shipping location. We can supply a quote before purchase if you email us at sales@naiomiglasses.net with a valid shipping address.
How long will it take to make my mill made floor rug?
Our mill made rugs are made to order as we want to provide the best product. When you place your order, the floor rug is made at that time, we do not pull from stored inventory from a warehouse. This means that it takes time to create and we ask that you allow up to four weeks from the day you place your order to the day your floor rug ships. We value the trust you have in allowing us to create for you!
What are your mill made floor rugs made of?
Our floor rugs are made using EnduraStran™ fibers. The EnduraStran™ fibers are made with premium nylon. This yarn system is antimicrobial, commercial grade-tested for heavy traffic, and fade resistant. These qualities make for a rug that's easily cleaned with hot water, getting rid of the need to use chemicals that could harmful effects.
How can I cancel or change my order for mill made floor rug?
Cancelling or changing an order for mill made floor rugs has to be done within 48 hours of purchase by sending an email to sales@naiomiglasses.net
How do I track my order?
Tracking number will be provided to you after your rug has been made, produced, and departs from the mill. Please note: you will not receive a tracking number at checkout/order.
However, you should receive an order confirmation in your email after checkout/order is placed.

Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
We ship anywhere in the continental United States and Canada for a flat rate. International shipping is based on shipping location. We can provide you with a quote before purchase if you email us at sales@naiomiglasses.net with your shipping address.
Due to the high number of packages going out during the holidays and COVID-19 restrictions, arrival times may vary.
Naiomi Glasses Textiles is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse. Once we accept your order, fulfill your order, ship your order and provide you with a tracking number, we do not control the time in which your package arrives.
USPS just announced slower shipping times and higher shipping rates. We do not control this.
Each product is made-to-order, please allow four weeks to ship.
If your package is lost or stolen please file a claim via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Naiomi Glasses Textiles will not refund monies on delayed or lost packages.
Our Return Policy

We do not offer returns on any of our handmade Naiomi Glasses original woven pieces.
For the mill-made floor rugs, there are no exchanges or refunds. All sales are FINAL.
Please make sure to measure the area you would like the rug to be placed/displayed and double check your purchase at checkout to avoid any inconvenience.
